Join our Trek Fit Training (TFT) sessions and maximise your health & fitness potential. Each session led by Steve Ellis will be different in a variety of locations around Malmesbury; we will use a combination of fitness training mediums to aid your fitness progression.
Each session will start promptly and finish at the prescribed hour; we will meet at our usual place for Nordic Walking sessions on Station Yard Road outside Hilditch Auction Rooms, in Malmesbury. Free car parking (2 hours) is available in Station Yard Car Park.
As with all of our sessions, you will be encouraged and motivated to do as much as you feel you are able to; however, you must acknowledge and act accordingly to what your body is telling you….e.g. if you are feeling unusually tired, lightheaded, nauseas etc you must stop, rest, have a drink – not push on. Only continuing when you are ready.
You will need to carry water with you in a small rucksack, and if you have them, bring your Nordic Walking poles with you, as we will be able to use them during the transition to and from each session; as well as using them during the warm up/cool down.
