Join our Trek Fit Training (TFT) sessions and maximise your health & fitness potential. Each session will be different and will work led by Steve Ellis (Personal Trainer); we will use a variety of methods each session to aid your fitness progress.
Each session will start and finish at the prescribed hour; we will meet at our usual place on Station Yard Road outside Hilditch Auction Rooms, in Malmesbury.
As with all of our sessions, you will be encouraged and motivated to do as much as you feel you are able to.
You will need to carry water with you, and if you have them, bring your Nordic Walking poles with you, as we will be able to use them during the transition to and from each session; as well as using them during the warm up/cool down.
