COVID-19 Precautions – Please ensure you maintain 2m social distancing at all times; in addition, as helpful as we all want to be, under the current Government guidelines we cannot assist each other with passing poles over stiles etc, also carrying bottles, keys, fastening rucksack zips etc. You are strongly advised to carry hand sanitiser with you on all walks and activities; as well as thorough hand washing at your earliest opportunity. For those requiring Nordic Walking Pole Hire, please be assured we have procedures to ensure that you have clean straps and sanitised poles for you to use. You will be required to sanitise poles following your use; however, we will guide you through the procedure and provide the cleaning materials for you to use.

Daytime Session: 1 hour of group Group Nordic Walking for Health & Fitness starts opposite St Giles Church in Stanton St Quintin, followed by 15 minutes of cool down and appropriate stretching. Nordic Walking is a sociable, fun and full-body workout activity, it is suitable for all levels of fitness ability and exercise experience.

Poles & Fees: We provide the specific Nordic Walking poles should you require them. Cost £9.25 with own Nordic Walking poles; and £12.00 with hire of Nordic Walking poles. We can also provide you with a wide variety of poles for purchase from 20% Carbon to 100% Carbon.
