“Trek Training” is all about endurance training in advance of the Toubkal Trek in September 2015. Each “Trek Training” session will be different, and will aim to develop your ability to Nordic Walk with a rucksack on for longer periods of time, on a variety of terrains and inevitably weather conditions.
“Trek Training” is also a great opportunity for those not joining us on the Morocco Trek to benefit from this specific training and is a great way to train for the Challenge Series, Long Distance Trails and overall fitness.
This session is in addition to our 9am Saturday morning session and will feature an additional hour; hence 0900-1115. Normal session fees will account for the 1st hour; however, there will be a charge of £5 for the 2nd hour only. Please let us know in advance if you would like to join the 2-hour session, if so it will be free to members of the “Toubkal Trek Team 2015”, and an additional £5 to all others who join us for the 2nd hour.
