Since starting in 2011, we have listened to everyone who has walked and exercised with us during all of your Nordic Walking classes, trail walks, hill days, mountain days, skills courses, outdoor circuit training classes and personal training sessions and have created an outdoor experience for you to enjoy whilst improving your health & fitness. So whether you are an eager beginner or seasoned veteran of the great outdoors, we have something for you.
